Robby takes a break during his run beside an old wooden cabin, trying to catch his breath. As he stops to recuperate, Robby encounters Myra. She strips away her clothes and lures him in closer. Once Robby gets close enough, he realises something is awfully wrong with Myra.
She’s infected; slime drooling from her lips, corrupted veins sprawling along her skin and hollow eyes staring him down like prey. Robby tries to run, only to get ambushed by Scarlet and Octavia, two infected accomplices.
